When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you can't find that email, write to us with your order number and we'll gladly help.

We process orders in 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive email updates at each shipping stage.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do everything possible to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number at (469) 630-4443 or Provenzastoree@gmail.com.

We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, write to us with your order number and we'll guide you through the steps.

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you received a wrong or damaged item, write to us immediately with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the received product. We'll send the correct item or offer a solution promptly.
